Refund & Protection Policy

At FairyTick™, we want every purchase to feel magical and worry-free. That’s why we offer an optional 30-Day Protection Warranty for added peace of mind.

 

1. Standard Purchases

For purchases without the 30-Day Protection Warranty, refunds or replacements are only available if:

  • The item arrives damaged or faulty, or

  • The delivery exceeds the stated delivery timeframe

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

 

2. 30-Day Protection Warranty

If you purchased the 30-Day Protection Warranty at checkout, your order is covered against unexpected issues.

Under this warranty, you are eligible for a full refund if your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Broken

  • Lost during the coverage period

Once your claim is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method.

 

3. How to Request a Refund

To start a refund or protection claim, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

 

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Additional Notes

  • The 30-Day Protection Warranty is optional and must be purchased at checkout to apply.

  • Refunds are issued per order and per warranty coverage.

  • FairyTick™ reserves the right to decline claims that fall outside the coverage terms.
